We have worked in all phases of Casino operations including management and employee analysis, casino floor layout, VIP hosting, event/promotion production, slot production, budget forecasting, training, gaming enforcement regulations and department communications.
  • We excel in teaching public relations and pit games as well, including blackjack, roulette, pai gow poker, let-it-ride, three card poker, craps and other casino games.  We also have years of experience in slot management and work with Casino Slot Management programs such as Oasis 360 and Ballys.
  • As a Casino Shift Manager at Red Earth Casino in Southern California, Sharon has excelled in all phases of slots, marketing, and table games management. She is currently in charge of the day to day management of the entire casino at Red Earth and has worked all shifts.  Prior to that, Sharon was Pit Manager at Fantasy Springs for four years and a Table Games Supervisor at the Reno Hilton for over seven years. She was in charge of the daily games supervision duties on day shift at both properties. She was also in charge of orientation and training of new hires (dealers and floor supervisors) and sat on many committees as a representative from the games department.

    Sharon is knowlegeable of every table game including blackjack, craps, roulette, pai gow poker, three card poker, four card poker, texas hold em, let it ride, carribean poker and pai gow tiles.  She is also experienced in Slots including IGT, Aristocrat, Williams, Cadillac Jack, AC Coin and many more.  Sharon's education includes Business Management and Marketing and she is trained in Microsoft Office2000 Word and Excel. Sharon was named Supervisor Service Award Winner of the last quarter of 2000 and Service Award Winner for the month of February 2001, December 2001, and May 2002. She has graduated from studies at the University of Nevada-Reno in Customer Relationship Marketing, Legal Aspects of the Gaming Industry and Risk Management & Liability Issues. She has also completed classes in Business Marketing and Management.
